This Privacy Policy describes how Boosik (operated by Igor Smoleac/Rekeen Studio, hereinafter "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Boosik mobile application (the "Service").

The Service provides transportation schedules and route information gathered from publicly available official sources and transit operators, including but not limited to:

Open-source transit databases and manual field verification.

2. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any sensitive personal data.

Location Data

The Service may request permission to access your device's location to show nearby stops and relevant routes. This location data is processed only on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Usage Data & Third-Party Services

To improve the performance and stability of Boosik, we use the following third-party services:

Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and updates.
Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect anonymous crash reports and fix bugs.
Firebase Analytics: Used to understand app usage through anonymized statistics (e.g., most searched routes). This data is not linked to your identity.

3. Data Security

We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any technical data (like error logs) that the app may generate. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Our Service contains links to external official transit websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external websites.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
